Hi. I'm Dumitrel Loghin. Or Dumi, for short.

I am currently a Senior Staff Engineer at OKG.

Previously, I was a Research Assistant Professor in School of Computing (SoC), National University of Singapore (NUS), working in the Singapore Blockchain Innovation Programme (SBIP). I was also part of the Database Systems Research Group, working with Prof. Beng Chin Ooi.

I obtained my PhD in Computer Science from National University of Singapore in 2017, under the supervision of Prof. Yong Meng Teo. Previously, I obtained my Master degree in Advanced Computer Architectures from Politehnica University of Bucharest in 2012 and the Bachelor degree in Computer Science from the same university in 2010, under the supervision of Prof. Nicolae Tapus.

My research interests are in Zero-Knowledge Proofs, Parallel and Distributed Computing, Blockchain and Distributed Database Systems, Advanced Computer Architectures, Embedded Systems and, in general, the performance of computer systems.
